Personally, I am not a huge fan of Special K. I admit that their Red Berries variety is DELICIOUS, but nutrition-wise (and I guess I mainly focus on fiber for breakfast) it doesn't pack much of a punch. It is fairly low-cal as cereal goes with 120 calories in a cup, but it doesn't even have one full gram of fiber! I do think I might check out the new Special K™ Low Fat Granola. I LOVE Granola. I couldn't find the official stats online, but I did see an unverified reference on livestrong.com that it has 190 calories in a cup with 3 g fat and 5 g fiber. That might be worth a shot.
