Today is National Walking Day (April 4th)
Did you know that today is National Walking Day? Why don't you celebrate by lacing up your walking shoes and heading outside. It's good for your health and may give your mood a boost as well. Per the American Heart Association, heart disease is the No.1 killer in the United States. But by exercising for as little as 30 minutes each day you can reduce your risk. Get moving!
