My current snack to munch on while typing up a storm is Garden of Eatin’ Multigrain Everything Chips. These crispy chips are sturdy enough to hold up to thick dips and salsas, but flavorful enough to eat straight out of the bag, which is how I like them.
- Cracked wheat
- Steel-cut oats
- Barley grits
- Wheat bran
- Buckwheat grits
- Yellow corn grits
- Millet and flaxseed
- Expeller pressed oil
