This smoothie recipe is super easy, but it is soooooo good that I just had to share.
Remove pit from 1 nectarine and chop rest into several pieces. Add nectarine and peeled banana to your blender jar. Add in 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice and one drop of vanilla extract.
Blend and enjoy!
Note: Nectarines are in season now. They provide you with carotenes, potassium,
flavonoids, and are good sources of lycopene and lutein.
